If you are trying to set an SpO2 clock face you can follow these instructions to change your actual clock face.

Fitbit doesn't make an SpO2 clock face for the Charge 4.  It's unlikely that Fitbit will add one.  The Charge 4 is a discontinued model and Fitbit rarely releases new clock faces on discontinued models.
