Charge 4 Strap Connector

 Hi there. My charge 4 is about a year old. The clip has broken. I think the actual plastic snapped. How can I fix this? See pics. Thanks

The same thing happened to mine and since it was out of warranty could not get it replaced. I was just offered a discount on the purchase of a new one. Meanwhile the tracker itself is working fine. I googled holders for trackers on Amazon and found a bracelet with a little pouch you can insert your tracker into and wear it as before. My tracker is now on my wrist and working fine. It fastens with velcro. Problem solved. But it is a definite design flaw in the plastic housing of the tracker.

The item I bought from Amazon was called Chofit Bands compatible with Fitbit Inspire, Charge and more. You get 3 in a package and choose the size that can fit either wrist, arm or ankle.
