Hello everyone,
I have Charge 4 and I set up some months ago a PIN for a wallet. My Bank was not compatible, so I could not use it. As I change a Bank, some days ago I tried to access to wallet but it appears Confirming PIN for several minutes and then came the error message: error to connecting to Charge 4.
Since then everytime I have tried it has happened the same.
Could anyone help me please?

Hi there @SunsetRunner, it's good to have you in the Community.
Thank you for the troubleshooting steps performed. I'd recommend you check the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, and follow these steps:
1. Delete the Fitbit app from your phone
2. Unpair the tracker from your phone's bluetooth (not the Fitbit app)
3. Restart your phone
4. Connect to wifi
5. Reinstall Fitbit app
6. Pair your device
7. Try again to set up Wallet information.
