My charge 4 is stuck on DND/Sleep setting screen and I can’t get back to the main screen. I keep having to go to settings as it somehow changes to Sleep and dim screen. It’s going in the bin shortly!

Hi there @ROSEVE, it's great to have you in the Community.

Thank you for the feedback and comments. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device, then follow these steps to restart your device.

You can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
