Charge 4 loses pairing with my iPhone 12 every day 11 months old tried rebooting all the basics etc any thoughts??

Hi there @Kg6464. Welcome to Community Forums.
I appreciate you share your experience. I'd recommend you check you have the latest Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device.
Then unpair the device from your Fitbit account and from the bluetooth settings on all devices, and then pair it with the new device by following these instructions. Some users find it useful to refresh the performance.
