Charge 4 -Tap function not working to select exercise

My charge 4 wakes when I press the side button, I swipe left to set an exercise but then when I try to tap ‘exercise’ nothing happens. It’s then like it freezes and the side button stops working so I have to wait until it goes off to press the button again. Any ideas on this? It doesn’t happen all the time, but frequent enough that it’s annoying and it’s affecting my work outs. Thank you

@travella , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

Please make sure that Sleep or Don't Disturb mode are off. 

Hold the button of your Charge 4 for 3 seconds, and you'll see the Quick settings. To change the setting just tap on it. 

 

If they are off, try restarting the Charge 4.
