I've had a Charge 4 that I've loved for activity and heart rate tracking during workouts of various types. I had it linked with the United Healthcare Motion program, which was great until my insurance changed and I lost access to the program. I've already revoked data sharing access, and my UHC account is no longer in existence (switched providers), and I've tried every setting I can find to remove the program from the Charge 4 itself. I still get frequency/intensity notifications throughout the day on my wrist. It still tracks and continues to function as if there is a reason to have it. The vibrations and interruptions to the screen that the Motion app causes during workouts are annoying, to say the least. Is there some way to get the app off the Charge 4? If not, why would there be an app available that is unable to be removed? I'd prefer to not make a new account with a new email. Thanks in advance for the help.

It's absolutely ridiculous that Fitbit will not resolve this issue and totally denies that it's their issue.

Apparently the app cannot be removed, but it should be able to be removed since in my case it was installed a year after I got my Fitbit. What is manually installed by me should be allowed to be manually uninstalled by me. But this is not an option and I am not happy about it.

I did all of the suggestions mentioned above. If I log into fitbit.com the UHC app is no longer there, however it is still on my Fitbit charge 4.

I did do a factory reset. As soon as I connect my charge for again, the UHC app is again on my watch. Where it's coming from, I have no idea, because it is not showing on my fitbit.com account as I have revoked access to the UHC app.

Good questions! Too bad Fitbit can't answer them even a year later.

This is not a UHC problem. It is a Fitbit problem.

Just an FYI for anybody reading, contacting customer support doesn't get you an answer either.
