My Fitbit Charge 4 has stopped responding. 

No vibration when attached to charge port.

No response to side button touch.

Screen unresponsive to touch or movement.

However it will still sync with my phone despite apparently having no charge.

Screen does show progress bar when updating clock app via my phone. 

Also reads heart rate.

All attempts to reset have failed. What do?!
