Charge 4 Will Not Sync Since August App Update

After a mid-late August update to the Fitbit App on my Iphone,  my fit bit will no longer sync.   It will begin the process however it stops halfway and will not progress.  Took all the actions advised by the fitbit team on chat, deleted app, shut-off phone reinstalled app, reboot device, shut down device but still will not sync.

 

This charge is less than a year old.  Any suggestions appreciated

Contact FitBit for a new Charge 4. You have one year warranty.

Assuming you also verified your bluetooth was functional.

You did not mention if you forgot the FB and paired it up again. The FB may also need to be on the charger as you proceed with the process.
