Charge 4 / app glitching

Hi 

 

my charge 4 or maybe the app has recently started glitching a lot. The calories remaining for the day is different on the front page compared to when you look in the graph and today my calories burned is largely undervalued (it’s about 500 calories less than where it usually is on a similar day of steps / activity). The heart rate graph doesn’t seem to be updating properly which may be the reason the calories burned isn’t working.

 

I've tried signing out of the app, deleting it, restarting my phone, re-syncing my Fitbit and nothing is working. 

is there anyway to fix this?
