My Charge 4 is 12 months old
Recently the battery died so I put on charge for a few hours but when I returned to it, it still wouldn’t switch on. Left overnight but still the same the next day.
Green sensor still flashing on back so managed to reset and sync and it seemed to work ok
The next day the battery had gone completely flat again (normally lasts a few days). Recharged, worked for another day, the. The screen went completely blank and the only way to get it working again is to reset it??
Worked absolutely fine up until this point. Is it completely dead????
Thanks

Hi, Contact Fitbit Support because the warranty is only for one year with a 30 day grace period. If they can’t help
you fix the problem, hopefully you will fall into the grace period for a replacement. Good Luck
