My Charge4 has just been replaced under warranty due to a hardware defect.
The new device drains the battery within about 20 hours. The old device easily ran for 6 to 7 days on one charge. Is there a solution for this?
Thank you very much

@Face_Richu Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out regarding the battery life of your new Charge 4 and the explanation. That does not seem right.
I will be happy to help you with that. In this case I highly recommend checking the tips in the following help article: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?.

Thank you for the help articles.
I have worked through all the points, unfortunately there is no improvement.
- Data cleared, clock reset.
- Removed the clock in the app and integrated it again.
- Turned off GPS and all other parameters that can be deactivated.
The battery is still empty after about 6 hours, in the water while swimming a full battery discharges in less than 2 hours.
The watch is no longer usable in this condition. I am disappointed in this product.
I have now opened a support case by email, I am curious whether this watch, which has been in operation for almost a month, will be replaced.

After contacting Fitbit support and a few emails, my Charge4 was replaced free of charge.
The new watch works perfectly again. I am happy!

Face_Richu, how old was your device? I'm glad that you were able to get a new Charge 4. Did you ever learn what the problem was? Trying to diagnose a similar issue. I also have tried all the steps you took to resolve the issue.
