Hi, my charge 4 won’t stay charged! I’ve only had it for 8 months and up until a few weeks ago it was working great. I’d only have to charge it every few days. Now my battery is draining within a few hours and the screen isn’t showing correctly (there are a bunch of static lines that have appeared). Any one else having this issue or know how to solve this?

Hi there, @Haaneet. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.
Please note the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used such SpO2 tracking, Spotify app, and so on. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but it's to take these conditions into consideration.
I'd recommend following the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life, fully charge your Charge 4 using the charging cable that came in the box and monitor its behavior in the next days.
As for the screen issue, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
