Charge 4 Battery is draining out in every three days as I have guarantee until November 22

There is a firmware update recently released by them that is causing this for many people, but they will not acknowledge it is the cause and they have made no mention of any fix. You can search on this forum and see quite a few other discussions. They prevent you from removing the update and downgrading to the version that isn't broken.
If you contact support and open a case they will show you links as to how you can improve the battery life (which have nothing to do with this problem as far as anyone has seen.). After wasting your time with resets, changing settings, waiting to see how fast it now drains, etc... They will replace it if under warranty (some have reported only an offer of 50% discount even when under warranty) or offer you a 35% discount if out of warranty so long as you do not want to buy some of the most current models and will only buy older devices to replace the one they bricked of yours.
