My Fitbit charge 4 battery Is drained totally within 5 hours. I took the gps off I rebooted, updated software and nothing has helped. Is there another solution?

Hi there, @Lisaveta18. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out.
As you may know, please note the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used such SpO2 tracking, Spotify app, and so on. This doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, but it's to take these conditions into consideration.
I'd recommend following the tips described in this help article to maximize the battery life, fully charge your Charge 4 using the charging cable that came in the box and monitor its behavior in the next days.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

I have read the article and it isn’t helpful. I have turned off the gps. Still I get under 5 hours.

Is this an issue with Fitbit … thr fact that the battery has issues? Nothing that was suggested worked for me. I would hate to know that every 2+ years I have to buy a new Fitbit (which I won’t)
