Hello,
My fitbit doesn't seem to want to work anymore.
It likes to charge but doesn't show the charging status on the screen, only the app.
The battery dies soon after taking it off charge.
It's not recording things properly, because the battery dies as soon as I take it off charge, or perhaps a few minutes after.
Can I get help?

Hello. I have had the charge for for a little over a year. My battery suddenly started die in just a few hours. I contacted customer support a month or so ago, went through all of their suggested fixes (gps setting, screen brightness, reset etc.). Nothing worked. Support than basically said well too bad you are out of warranty. They did send me discount code to use on their site, but could only be used on some units and not on anything they already had on sale. What a waste of time and poor support. I suppose I will move to another manufacturers product.
