Hi, I have tried every online video to help reboot the watch. It vibrates but does not sync it is not the charging cable. Is there anything that can be done to fix the issue?

In addition to the steps you've done, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Once you manage to fully charge your Fitbit device, please set it up again. For more information, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
