Charge 4 blank screen

My fitbit was working fine this morning, but now all I have is a blank screen.  I've tried to charge it, but it doesn't connect.  I've also tried the long button press which doesn't work either, it's as if it's dead.  It's still tracking on my phone, but that's all

I’ve having the same exact problem, however it does blink green o the back side

I am also having a blank screen and no notifications. Yet, somehow the app is synced to it?
