Charge 4 blank screen

Hiya,

The screen of my charge 4 has gone blank, it vibrates when the side button is pressed but nothing else. Also it is not connecting to the app anymore. I have tried to restart it but when I hold down the side button it just continuously vibrates and nothing else happens… Any ideas?

The same thing happened to me yesterday (10/12/2022 Australia). I've tried to restart it (on charge, keeping the button pressed for 8-10 seconds, etc) but all I get is vibration. The odd thing is that occasionally I get the smiley face (does this suggest that the watch has reset?). Aside from that, though, the screen is blank and doesn't sync with my phone/Fitbit app. I'm looking forward to any advice that anyone may have.

Same here. The side button doesn’t respond either I have to attach it to the charger, it reboots and I get the smiley face. The battery is at 65% so I cannot understand why it randomly turns off. This is my second Fitbit I had to claim on the warranty and they sent me this refurbished one. Unfortunately it’s now out of warranty. Disappointed with the Charge 4. Apple Watch for me more money but last so much longer.

Das ist bei mir auch. Leider funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Lässt sich nicht mehr mit der App verbinden, auf dem Gerät wird gar nichts mehr außer dem Logo angezeigt. Es lässt sich nichts synchronisieren, Charge4 kann man in die Tonne treten.

It randomly started working properly again for a few weeks, but the same thing is now happening again!!!!! Do we know if this is something covered by warantee?
