Charge 4 blank screen

Hello,

My charge 4 has a blank screen and I have tried resetting my fitbit by holding the button for 8 seconds, but there is no response on the screen. I tried to plug it in but I don't get the small vibration that it is charging (but I know it is charging because I can see the battery going up when I sync it). It also seems to still be tracking steps and the green light is on on the bottom, but there is nothing on the screen.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I have the same problem with the blank screen and no response. I could restart the device but after the smiley the screen was blank again. Changing the clock face did not work. It is tracking and synchronising as usual.

Exactly the same thing happened to me today on my charge 4.It was fine yesterday now no screen.Iget the smiley face when i reset but after that its dead the screen is just black.

I have plugged in Fitbit 4 and tried to hold side button for 8 seconds does not work.  Will not light up or vibrate but can see steps on the app.  Any other suggestions

Fitbit Screen Turned Black- How to Solve it
Charge it Full.
Check if the Fitbit watch is in “water lock mode.”
Remove or Change the Case or Screen Protector.
Clean your Fitbit.
Check the Display Brightness Settings.
Try Restarting.
Change the Clock Face to a Standard Face.
Reset Fitbit.
