I have a charge4. I noticed tonight it cleared my steps. It was on my device and on my app then it wasn't and I noticed it cleared the last 3 days. It shows calories burned but no steps. I turned my device off and back on. I changed the clock face. I looked for Mobil tracker and I can't find it. My steps were there during the day then they are gone. Any other suggestions?

Hi, @surf1978 , did you happen to log out of your app and log back on again? I would confirm that you logged on with the same email and password that you use with your Fitbit account.

This usually happens when the battery of your buddy is too low. I'd like to know if at any moment your tracker turned off . To avoid this in the future, I recommend making sure your Flex has enough power. To recover the steps lost, manually log your activity is always a good option.
