My Charge 4 screen was blank & no response from the side button or when connected to the charger. However, steps were still being counted on the App. As there was no display the battery life was longer than usual. After a week the battery was completely discharged & when connected to the charger the screen worked and I was able to reset the device.

To restart press and hold the button on the left of its screen for 8 seconds. When you see a smiley icon and the tracker vibrates, your Charge 4 has restarted. It should be ready for action now.
