Charge 4 was working perfectly fine, then it was stored away for a few weeks. I wanted to use it again so I charged it up and now the display does not show anything. I don't even get the smiley face at reboot. It is working as I can sync with it and it is vibrating when the phone alerts come, but no display.

Hi there, @murkyin23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Charge 4.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Tried restarting, tried changing clock face, tried installing apps, uninstalling apps. Did not work. Three fitbits in this house are garbage now. Things are just not made to last and it’s terrible for our environment. It may be great for your company for people to think things should only last a year or two. One of the fitbits in our family didn’t last 6 months. Won’t ever buy another, that’s for sure. Especially with the inability to sync at all sometimes and the ridiculously long time it takes. Two of us will still use them until they won’t work at all but it’s stupid to not be able to look at my WATCH to see the TIME, let alone my heart rate, which isn’t a biggie for me but was for my child who is having issues. Got a spade&co tracker that doesn’t require any kind of paid subscription to do it’s job, which is preferred.

I have tried changing the clockface and also restarting the Charge 4 and still don't have a working display. 😞
