My Charge 4 was working fine and then all of a sudden the screen is blank and it won't even vibrate when I try to get it to come on or even put it on the charger. I've checked my app and it's still syncing to my phone, I don't know what to do.

Since your Charge 4 is still syncing, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
