I've had my Charge 4 for three years with no problems. The screen started dimming a few months ago and finally it went blank yesterday. It is still tracking, I get haptic feedback, it syncs fine with my app, it seems like everything is working, but no screen. I searched these forums and reset the tracker, felt the feedback, but I could see no smiley face. I attempted to change the screen through the app as suggested on other threads but there was no change. It charges fine. App is showing 88% charge. Any ideas?
