Please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Best AnswerI've had my Charge 4 since new so a few years now but it clearly doesn't appear to be happy.
Today, while out walking, it was showing as normal, but I couldn't see anything on screen unless I shielded it under my jacket. My wife's Charge 4 was fine.
