Charge 4 brightness issues

My charge 4 (on the left) is much dimmer than my husband’s charge 4 (on the right) despite having the normal brightness setting switched on, and DND and Sleep Modes turned off as shown in the picture.

You can see an obvious glow on the charge 4 on the right that shows how much brighter the display is than mine - how do I get this fixed because it’s now at a point where you can’t read it properly in daylight (but you can see my husbands with no problem).

Hi there, thanks for replying - yes I’ve restarted my Fitbit and checked the software is all up to date, still no improvement on the brightness ☹️
