I have a Fitbit Charger 4 for almost two years. The strap went cut off. Shouldn´t it be a warranty matter? Or can I only expect that i will hold for 1,5 year or so?  I am a bit disappointed. They are not cheap.  😞 . Please respond. BR Eva

Hi @Sveben the warranty on a band is one year in the US and two years in some European countries. As for how long they last, I've never had a band break, but I've not worn the Charge 4. Each person is different and it depends on how often the Fitbit is removed and how much wear and tear occurs. It's hard to tell. If you're under warranty, reach out to customer support.
