The total of steps reflected correctly but when u switch to km. The km data reflected as zero or 0.4km. 

Already unintstaled and re installed the apps. Restarted the tracker, unpair and re paired again. The GPS setting still not reflecting correctly

What the support team suggested. Already tried but still the same issue. 

Even if the tracker is fullt charged. It still not comnect to gps uaing built in gps.
