Charge 4 Not Syncing Hourly Steps

Problem in title. Got 250 hourly steps in the 7:00 hour. Show on Charge 4, not on app or web site dashboard.  This us the second time this week it hasn't synced correctly.

Hi Mayoi, I’ve had the identical issue. Today I completed 250 steps between 6-7am. Fitbit device shows I did it but the dashboard on the app does not. All the later hours synched successfully though. Weird. If I knew what I know now about Fitbit I’d seriously question buying one.

LucioFitbit, nothing in the link you sent helps to explain the problems I and the other customer have reported. Do you provide these links just to say you have responded?

Probably. I've had Fitbits for years, I know how to handle run of the mill sync problems. Whatever. It's working fine now.

Glad its working again. Synch seems better on mine but it has still not corrected the missing active hour.
