The left button doesn't work on my Fitbit 4. it doesn't response when I click on it. If I enter to a function on the phone (like a timer), I cannot exit it.

Hi there, @LioraRub. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Charge 4.

Regarding the button, please note the Charge 4 button does not move in and out like a normal button. It is touch-sensitive, and is normally slightly indented. 

If you haven't done so yet, I suggest restarting your Charge 4 by following these steps.
