My watch says cannot establish gps connection. Turning gps off.
I can’t get it off the screen and won’t do anything? Ideas?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.
In this case, I would recommend following the troubleshooting steps in this article in the menu "How do I get my Fitbit device to connect to GPS?".
In addition, you can restart your Tracker by following these instructions.

Our team has recently released a new version of the Fitbit app (3.54.1 for iOS and 3.54 for Android). For instructions on how to check your current version and update, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I update the Fitbit app?".
If you see any error message when trying to sync your Fitbit Charge 4, please attach a screen shot for further investigation.
