Charge 4 changes previous days step counts to current day's step count

My Charge 4 syncs fine. However, when I check my previous days' steps, they are all changed to today's number of steps. What gives?

Is your Fitbit app updated? Please confirm and see: How do I use the Fitbit app?

Please, try to perform the following steps:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.
