The connector on the Fitbit Charge 4 isn’t holding the wristband. Is there a replacement part otherwise I’m done with Fitbit? On my charge 3 I had the white lines problem and it was replaced. Then I had an update installed and it never worked right after that. Now this.

I've gone through 3 fitbit charge 4s in 6 months, all of them broke in the same spot, where the fitbit connects to the watch band. I bought a 2 year warranty, but I had already made too many claims so my warranty is no longer active, even though I technically have 5 months left. I'm just saying it is pretty **ahem**ty that they can't last long and all broke in the same place. I am definitely not renewing my fitbit premium membership and will look elsewhere for a new activity tracker.

Thanks for your response. I appreciate knowing of your experience. I’ve read of others with this same problem. I think it must be a poor design. I’ve had Charge 3 and 4 and I know about warranties and limitations. The best they would probably do is give me a few bucks off a new one. I’m done with Fitbit.

Plan A: I decided to give Customer support a chance - best they would do is 35% off full price - not the current sale price. This is the offer for a previous customer! I gave a suggested counter-offer but received no response.
Plan B: Just told my husband to get out the glue!! 😂
Plan C: Think I'll start looking at other options.....Apple Smart Watch???
