Charge 4 cuts out

When on a run my Charge 4 often cuts out and when I get back and connect to a charger it starts again with plenty of charge still left (60% ish).

Why does it do that?

This is happening to me too since the beginning of May 2023 . The tracker works for 25 minutes and cut out as if the battery is out .

I hope these are not being sabotaged on purpose to force us to migrate

I had some advice from Fitbit but it continues to cut out on a run. I got
back in touch with Fitbit but they just offered me a discount on a new
model. I just want a way to cure the problem. If I can't cure it, why would
I want another Fitbit? I had a Charge 3 but that just stopped completely
and I was offered a discount on a Charge 4 which I have now.

Nothing works and all Fitbit can do is offer me a discount on a new model, which is what they did when my Charge 3 died.

Why would I want to buy another Fitbit when they don't last much past warranty period?
