Charge 4 dash board blank

My Fitbit dash board screen on my iPad app recently went blank.  I can find the data if I specifically log on to my account via google but the app screen on the iPad is blank.  Should I delete the app and reinstall (will I lose all by history) ?

I'm not sure if you are still dealing with the app that is blank. Please, try to perform the following steps:

• Log out from the Fitbit app.
• Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
• Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
• Check if the issue is still happening.

Did not work - my iPad screen does not even display my dash board.

i downloaded the Fitbit app to my iPhone and while it shows my dash board, it does not show any data.   What do I do now? (buy an Apple Watch ? LOL)
