Hey, my Fitbit Charge 4 is 'frozen' in the menu where you can see a message from whatsapp and normally answer, open on the phone, delete it etc. I can scroll up an down through that menu but not press on anything. pressing the button does nothing.
All that works right now is holding it for about a second and getting to do not disturb. is there a way i can get out of this menu? i tried to restart the Charge 4 by holding the button 10 seconds, both with and without charging it. the battery is full at the moment. i also restarted my phone, reinstalled the Fitbit app and reconnected the Charge 4 to it. i think it worked because i had to enter the pin and the synchronization is working, but now i am in this message menu again and cant do anything different. thanks in advance, markus
