Charge 4 - display gone

I have a Charge 4 where the display has been getting dimmer and dimmer.  Today there is now no display.

Fully charged - still working counting steps and syncing but no display - so cannot get to settings to try anything.

Have done factory reset - still nothing 😞

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've having this inconvenience with your Charge 4, @pmm58

 

For this type of problem with the display, it's usually recommended to try the following steps: 

 

  • Restart your device following these steps.
  • Adjust the brightness settings on your device (Normal or High).
  • Try changing to a different clock face option.
  • Make sure Do Not Disturb Mode and Sleep Mode feature are turned off, as they automatically make the screen darker.
