Hello

My Charge4 keeps on dropping GPS on my exercises as a result there is no map of the run/walk that I do which is very frustrating, one of the reasons I got the device in the first place. This happens on a clear day with no other obstructions, app and tracker is up to date from software update perspective. I never had that issue until about 4 - 6. How can I resolve the issue?

Same problem. Same time frame. I’m wondering if there was an app update about that time.
