After using this community board, I lost all data when I returned to my dashboard. Right now I want nothing to do with fit bit!! I have tried customer support both the chat and the phone. NO RESPONSE- so much for 24 hr help!! I am trying to reset everything but i have just about had it with their entire unhelpful help site!!!!!!!!

All our data is held on the fitbit servers and I've never come across this issue where data has been lost. However, I have seen several issues where the data appeared to be lost but actually turned out to be that the person had signed on to the wrong account. I note that your main user account is Christine S. and although your data is set to private it does show that you have an average daily steps of 1979 which suggests data is still there.
Can you confirm that you have logged on the right profile and perhaps clarify what you mean by "all data"?
