My Charge 4 started acting up a week ago, first vibrating when I pressed the button but still having a black screen. That was solved for 3 days by holding down the button and resetting it while it was in the charger. Now it won’t vibrate unless it’s plugged in, but the screen stays black. It’ll vibrate as long as I press the button but there is no response on the screen except an occasional smiley face.
The live chat function is also not functional at the moment, and isn’t even given as an option in the app right now so I can’t even get support!

Hi there, @Vivian.wc. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest to try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Unfortunately it won’t even sync because it can’t connect to my phone. It’s as if the device is fully dead.
