Hi all,
After working faultlessly since last year the Fitbit app for my charge 4 now repeatedly advises that it has lost Bluetooth pairing to the device. I’ve followed all the recommendations about forgetting the Bluetooth connection the phone, restarting and rebooting the charge 4 several times wit( no luck. Now I notice that my first active hour today is logged on the device but is missing in the app. I’d also seen in the last couple of weeks that some days my sleep is not recorded at all. I’d put this down to the Fitbit being loose but now I wonder if it is connected. Anyone else seen these issues? Wondering, is this a firmware issue or an app issue?
