As the subject states I am only recording anywhere from one to two and a half hours sleep a night. It was set to sensitive for sleep and changed that to normal today. Haven't tried it sleeping yet. Is there anything I can do except replace it? This is my 4th Fitbit, I have never had this happen before.
Thank you,
John

@mccljp , Thank you for your message and efforts.
The change you just to , from sensitive to normal, should help your Charge 4 recognize your sleep better.
I assume that you read this before making the change, right?
What's the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?
I would also recommend you to have a look at this one: How does my Fitbit device automatically detect sleep?
