Fitbit (charge 4) has stopped working and is only showing the Fitbit logo itself with 001 on it. If the side button is pressed (for a duration of up to 30 seconds), the device vibrates with nothing changing on the screen. I have allowed the Fitbit to die and to recharge it but this has not worked either.

Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone. Restart your Charge 4 to refresh its performance. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device. Select your Charge 4 and follow the on-screen instructions.

Good luck - I went through the same thing - followed all the trouble shooting & now I have been advised I have a defective device (1.5 years old) and the best they can offer me is 35% discount on a new fitbit - nope this is now the 3rd device to become "defective" in less than 6 years - You get no more of my money!
