Won’t sync. Face shows Fitbit logo and 001 error code. Can’t restart.

I appreciate you shared that your Charge 4 is not syncing and showing 001 error after a restart.. I would like to confirm if these are the steps you followed to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
You can also try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
