Charge 4 has stopped working

Fit bit charge 4 for two days the battery was dying rapidly and then suddenly it stopped charging/working. I got this in May 2020 as you can see with tracking. 
please advise

Same thing is happening to me. I bought mine April of 2020. Last night it just stopped working. I charged it and it was at 100 percent.  It died very quickly....like in a half hour.  I installed the new update but still nothing.

Same thing happened to me for a couple of days, and then it stopped charging altogether and is completely dead. Fitbit customer service just sends me the same troubleshooting link shared above. I’ve done all of those things, but I still have a completely dead battery.

Same thing has happened to mine. Bought it in June 2021, now it is completely dead. Won't charge, screen completely blank, won't sync. I think it should still be under warranty.

Keen to hear how this gets resolved for you as I have same issue, except i still had battery. Bought Aug 2021. Watch last synced at 11.23 about 12pm it vibrated and i thought battery must be low so wasn't surprised it went off. However it isnt charging and last sync says battery was 30%.

I've restarted and got smiley face but nothing else. It's not turning on and its not charging.
