Charge 4 how can access to interval workout?

I do not have interval workout listed in exercise shortcuts on my charge 4.  How can I access please?  Thanks.

Hi @Suejran. Welcome to the community forums. 

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 4. 

1. From the Today tab tap the devices icon > your device.
2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts and make your changes:- Tap + to add an exercise.- To remove an exercise, swipe left on a shortcut and tap Delete.- To reorder the exercises, press and hold a shortcut, and drag it up or down to change its position. 
3. Sync your device.

Thanks. But it says "all shortcuts cuts in use".  The only option is to remove or reorder.

Oh!  I've just done it by removing a shortcut.  That frees up space for another one to be added.  Thanks so much for your help 🙂
