Charge 4 interval settings won't change

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Honestly, this is getting to be not worth the effort. I use the app to change the rest time for intervals, but it WILL NOT change on the watch, instead if I sync it changes the app settings back to what is on the watch? How do I change the interval settings? Using the fitbit app on an iPhone.

Welcome to the Community, @registerdUser.

Thanks for the information provided. To set custom intervals:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account icon > your device image.
  2. Tap Exercise Shortcuts.
  3. Tap Interval Workout.
  4. Set your intervals.
  5. Sync your device to save the changes.

Have a good day!

Doesn't work.   I just got this new and am trying to find a solution. OTher then this thread the only one I can find is from 2018 for the charge 3...

I don't know why there isn't more activity on this.   I change it in the app.  and is soon as I sync it it changes it right back to what it was before.  The "sync" is moving the time from the device to the app not the other way around.

@LadySharon the only way I could find to make it work was to open the app, get to the exercise shortcuts and remove intervals completely, sync with the watch, then go back to the exercise shortcuts, add intervals back with the settings I want, then sync again.

really, incredibly stupid way to do this, pretty bad bug if you ask me (and I am a software developer)!
