Charge 4 is changing the clock face on its own

My charge 4 has decided to change the clockface on it's own has a running timer that I can't shut off. All I want to do is erase everything and start from the beginning. Any help out there?

@BobSA I've moved your post to the Other Charge Trackers board because that is a better fit for this topic. 

To start, I would recommend restarting the Fitbit device. There are instructions to do that here.
