Charge 4 is not syncing

I am giving the charge 4 another try; I got that sinking feeling after every failed attempt at syncing, and all I succeeded in was to enroll for a premium account, which worked so quickly I didn't even realise I had done it.  I am now tying to sync again, after several months.  It also shows the wrong time. Any suggestions?

Thanks for getting back to us @ubitfit. I created a new thread in order to keep our community organized and am sorry to hear that you haven't been able to sync your Charge 4. 

Since it´s been a while since you last synced your tracker I would recommend following the instructions of Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? in case it´s not charging and: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi Andrea

The battery charges fine.  I actually give it a short charge every couple of weeks to keep it from dying.
